Task description : This week my literary class is learning about Persuasive writing. This is my template on why school is important. Which shows three main reasons and facts or examples on why school is important and the benefits of getting a good education etc.

The Aggs production

On Tuesday the 27th of June the whole of team 5 had gotten invited to the Aggs(Auckland girls grammar school )  production. In the morning of the of the production we had watched a movie named Footloose because it is what the act is going to be about. Some of the characters were boys which go to St Paul's which is near Aggs. As we were about to leave Mrs Telea said prayer it was so that we are protected and that everything goes well. We had finally arrived at Aggs me and the group of people that I was on the bus had to be in 4 lines and we had gotten guided into the theatre. there was about 4 instructors which was very helpful. When we had entered the theatre there were 2 schools already seated, we had to wait until everyone was seated and so that the show could begin.’’ here's a tip when it goes dark don't be afraid just clap it manners ‘’ that's what is one thing that i learnt. As the show started it was like we were teleport back into 1982. The backup dances were wearing bright colours and the main characters was wearing very fancy rich clothes. After 1 hour of seating we were giving a break to stretch. 20 minutes later everyone sat back down and watched the rest of the production. after we watch the production a boy from team 5 stood up and said a thank you speech to the people who were in the production and thanking them for inviting us after he said the thank you speech everyone had to stand up and sing a Samoan song named faafetai lesu. I would like to thank the staff that had organised this and for the Aggs and St Paul student who took there time to do this for my school and show us what performing art is like.
